A Name Friends Recommend...

 My husband and I were moving to Jacksonville, Florida from Hawaii. We were given Karen's name from my sister who had previously done business with her.  After corresponding online, my 4 year old son and I came to Jacksonville to look at some houses.  Karen picked us up and was extremely cheerful and helpful every step of the way. As the day progressed, she had snacks and drinks in her car for my son.  Her actions that trip went over and above what was expected.  On our 4 day trip, we looked at many houses.  Karen greatly assisted in helping us narrow down our search to 10 houses.  My husband then arrived in Jacksonville and Karen again picked us up and took us back to the houses.  At the end of that period, we made an offer on a house.  Unfortunately, this offer  was  not accepted. My family and I traveled back to Hawaii.  During this time I communicated with Karen everyday via phone and email.  An opportunity arose for me to travel back to Jacksonville to look at a particular house.  Karen made herself totally available during that period and the offer process proceeded.   I am happy to say we are now settled in our new home! This was our first experience in the home buying process.  Karen was totally helpful, amiable, honest andgenuinely concerned about our needs.  I have recommended her to friends that are buying in this area.  She made this process an easy and enjoyable journey.  Her performance could easily be the bench mark that all realtors should strive for.
